Custom and personalized orders
We provide a free proof for Family Tree wood slices for your approval before engraving.
We do not provide a proof for any other items. Our sample photos and font samples provide a clear idea of what your final item will look like.
If you need to make a change to your order and it has already been engraved, regardless of whether it has shipped, there will be a non-refundable fee to cover the loss on the original item engraved.
We engrave exactly as typed at checkout. Correct spelling and punctuation is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not accept exchanges for spelling or punctuation errors unless the mistake is on our part.
Damage
We package your items with the utmost care, but very occasionally things may happen in transit! If an item arrives damaged please document with photos and contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include the photos. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
EU Distance Selling Law
As our items are all personalized, they do not qualify for the right of return laws in the EU.
Personalized items may not be returned. If an item arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge.

Domestic Shipping Method
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS.) We select the most affordable option based on your location to save you money. If you need your item faster, please select Expedited/Express shipping at checkout or contact us prior to purchase if not available on the listing.
We send out our orders within the time quoted but we cannot guarantee transit times or a delivery date.
